Small diced pieces of eggplant spiced up with fresh tomato sauce, green peppers, garlic and onion.

Vegan meatballs; made from bulgur, onion, tomato and pepper pastes, garlic, spices, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice.

Ground beef char-grilled on a wide skewer and served on roasted eggplant, pepper, tomatoes.
